Our #WCW today is Dr. Candace Hrelec, laryngologist (voice surgeon) and current breast cancer fighter. We asked her to share with us her poignant, ongoing story of her journey from doctor to patient.  Breast cancer afflicts 1 in 8 women but touches most if not all of us, as it affects our mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends.  It is important that we remember and spread awareness beyond the month of October.
